The Teeter® DEX II is a forward-rotating, user-controlled inversion machine. The body is placed in a 90/90 position, which helps to flatten the lumbar curve for greater separation of lower vertebrae. Traction is applied to the hip joints and spine, with no loads to the ankles and knee joints. Comments about Teeter hang Ups Teeter Inversion DEX II Decompression & Extension Machine:
Bought this on recommedation of a friend who love it. Needed relief for my back problems. It probably would work well for those over 5 nd 1/2 feet tall. I'm 5'-5" and I'm forced to hang from my lower abdomon putting excessive uncomfortable pressure on my lower organs ( kidneys, intestines etc). Very poorly design clearly no thought for short people. Description doesn't mention height requirements or limitations but I still had to pay $60 for return shipping. Teeter really dropped the ball on this one.
