I use my speed bag 30 minutes a day and it has held up with no issues. Very good quality. Installation instruction are not great but it's pretty easy to install. I put the unit together and hung it myself with no issues. There is a bit of vibration when hitting the bag at high speed. Another reviewer of this product suggested placing a bag of sand or something similar on top of the platform. Sounds like a good idea. If you are a beginner or experienced boxer this is a great setup for a home gym.

I use the speed bag workouts to complement my P 90X Workouts. It adds excellent eye/hand coordination skills, and a great overall upperbody workout.
I did find that there was some vibration at high speed, and this is to be expected. I placed an inexpensive 40lb bag of rock salt on the top of platform and this completely eliminated any vibration. For the money, the quality cannot be beat...no pun intended.

Putting it together is harder then using it! You must have tools and screws to mount this Item. I bought 2 Everlast Platforms like this and both had problems with the hole alignment and or the size of the bolts. I had to use pliers to screw in the knobs that hold the adjustable bars but once locked in place it was ready to rock and roll. I don't want to make any hight adjustments now because the bolts are too hard to move and there is very little vibration. With a little rigging i was satisfied. It was worth the money spent.

Great begginner bag. I use to improve my hand speed, shoulder conditioning, and hand eye cordination. Works great for the entire family since it's ajustable. Great product.

I used many speedbags before and it looks good however I'm having lots of trouble with the instructions. The holes are to much in the middle for the wood polls in my garage and dont know if I buy/build a piece of wood going across would be strong enough. It keeps saying some stuff isnt provided but doesnt explain in detailed what. If i ever get the build I'll write a better review.
