      I was very happy when I received the electric scrooter until I found out the battery does not work! I charged the battery according to the instruction. The battery made several grinding noises and died. I contacted the Sports Authority three times in ten days to ask for a return label. I was told the first time that the label would be sent to my email in two business days, nothing happened. I called the second time and was told that the label would be sent out by the UPS in two business days, nothing happened. I made the third phone call yesterday and the representative was nice enough to say that she would request a return label from the UPS to send to my email address and my home address. So far no email from UPS, no return label. I even checked my spam box every day so that I don't miss the email, so far nothing from UPS. I received an email today saying that the replacement is on the way. I'm hoping I will eventually receive the return label so that I don't get charged twice! I'm disappointed with the returning service. Customers should not have to spend this much time to "beg" for a return label to return a defect product.
