The stores don't carry this ball, so it must be ordered online. I thought the employee was very helpful in locating the ball I was looking for, and was able to take my online order at the store. The shipping took forever (10 days). When we received the ball, it comes in a BIG box, and the ball comes DEFLATED. I wasn't told that I would need to buy an airpump also to inflate the ball. So another trip to a store to buy one. The next day we use the ball for the first time, and within 5 minutes, the seams split open. My daughter was in tears, and the ball is completely unusable. I tried to return it to the store where the online purchase took place. The store will not accept online returns.I must PAY to ship the defective product back to the company. Do you see how the money is racking up here? I will now package the product back up, take it to a shipping facility, pay to have it shipped, and then wait probably a month to recieve a credit on my account. By the way, in the mean time, I went online and purchased a soft beginners ball from Molten, at a fraction of the price, and it arrived in 2 days. It has held up as expected.
