    I use these to practice bunting. I use them for live batting practice when space is limited. These balls are easier to throw than other lite-flite balls. The orange is a great color( easy for the kids to see to swing at and easy to see when time to pick them up). These balls are very useful.

        The machine is great for backyard as the balls won't harm anything. The slider balls seam to work the same way the 40MPH balls did. I'm not sure why the name change, but the 40 mph balls are no longer available. These are the same thing. The machine is perfect for our needs. I just wish the balls would last a little longer as we have replaced about 20% after two months of constant use.
