        Bat is great, great pop, easily broken in and is truely a dream for a 6 year old. The reason why this bat is so cheap is because little league rules require all bats used in the 2010 season to have the ball factor of 1.15 to be stamped on the bat. This bat does not and will otherwise be an illegal bat as of January 1, 2010. Great buy, lots of fun to see my son really smoke the ball, but we'll be looking to get into little league compliance come spring.

            Great bat!! Glad Sports Authority carrying Combat B1YI brand. These are the best bats for kids not at high school level -3. Only could find thru dealers prior to Sports Authoriy. About every kid in our Little League uses the Combat. Every team we play in tournaments not familiar with Combat has the umpire check to see if it is legal. Practice with wood bat in cages, save bat for games.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
