The professional carriage system utilizes nylon bushing technology and 8 sealed ball bearing, high resin pulleys.           If you don't have this cable cross over, you're body is paying for it. I've been 3 years without one, and now that I'm using this system, things are changing in my delts, abs, tris and bis. This is suprisingly easy to set up also.
