Comments about Body-Solid Best Fitness Olympic Press Stand:

I bought this thing for my birthday and i tried doing squats with it. I was working with heavy weight and as you can see, the rack is tilted and when i picked the squat bar off the rack it was hard to walk out and perform the movement, because its is tilted and there is a bar there so you have to stay inside of the thing while squatting. Its uncomfortable. I was much more worried about my safety rather than how many reps i was suppose to get. Anyways, I use this for curling the 45 pound bar. Its like a rack for curling it and you can take a bench with the rack and put it under the rack and it can be used as a bench press...Overall im saying that im not going to recommend this to a friend but if you don't do squats with it i would recommend this to a friend.................
