Good for ball machines

By TBone

from Redlands, CA

Comments about Penn Pressureless 48-Ball Bucket:

I use these for my ball machine. They give me a good consistent, effective bounce and don't wear out as quickly or become uneven like presurrized balls. This is important becuse ball machines squeeze the ball through two rotating wheels before ejecting them. So, if the pressure is different from ball to ball, the speed and spin on each ball is different.
So, if you have a ball machine, I would highly recommend giving these a try...

A lot of bang for the buck.

Comments about Penn Pressureless 48-Ball Bucket:

Use with Lobster ball machine 1200.You can count on speed ,feel, direction and spin very close on every shot. A bit of pop for pressure less tennis ball made some noise that all.

Comments about Penn Pressureless 48-Ball Bucket:

Bought these to use with my tennis ball machine, balls are very well constructed, nice felt on them and they feel heavy from the beginning I'm getting used to them good bounce and pretty firm. So far I really like them, let's see how they hold up with time.

GREAT PRICE - GOOD PRODUCT!

By Pella Madosca

About Me Enthusiast

Pros

  • Convenient
  • Durable
  • Economical
  • Good Bounce
  • Practical
  • Spins Easily

Cons

  • Heavy

Best Uses

  • Ball machine
  • Practice

Comments about Penn Pressureless 48-Ball Bucket:

Purchased a couple buckets a 3 months ago and have been using them in a ball machine 5 day/wk, 3hr/per session. They're still going!!!! I hit with lots of spin and practice lots of slicing. The outer felt is still there!!!!

The bounce isn't that of of Tretorn X or pressured balls but neither is the cost. Do the math and you'll realize the great value here.

They're not the best when it comes to production quality but I confidently recommend this product. They serve their purpose as a good practice ball (for a ball machine).

I foresee them lasting at least another 3 months.

Comments about Penn Pressureless 48-Ball Bucket:

Ordered it online and never received the product. UPS claimed to have left the package at the front door but it's not there. Wish I had known Sports Authority does not use signature delivery for their shipping.
