The stylish Oregon Scientific® Pedometer with Panic Alarm measures distance walked, calories and steps. A quick pull of the strap causes the pedometer to emit a high pitched alarm. The pedometer provides feedback on exercise goal and stores 7 days of activity for monitoring progress. It includes an attached belt clip as well as additional clip that allows it to dangle from clothing if desired.

      I ordered this product because I am fitness walking with a friend - we walk for two hours each time on long stretches of road and it's nice keep track of how I'm doing - And it has the Panic Alarm which I think is a great safety feature - Thanks
