      The mat is awesome. I'm not a avid yoga person, but I do use the mat at least once a week. The only con I see is that it's 1/8" so it's quite thin (which I knew already when I ordered so it doesn't really bother me). The lavender color really works for the yoga theme. It's not so bright and is actually zen for me. The netted bag is great for portability. There is a drawstring at the top for closure. I recommend this mat to anyone who is a beginner at yoga, but not a avid user.

        I have started working out in a group setting and everyone else had their own mat and I wanted one also. I went to Sports Authority and they didn't have the one with the carry case that I wanted. So I ordered it, I love it!!! It's longer than some of the others so I don't have to worry about my hair touching the ground. I really like the fact that the mat came with a carry case, it's easier to keep up with.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
