      Both my knees have been operated on, and the MCDavid General Support Knee brace performs exactly as I need it to while I do my walking workouts every other day for 25-35 minutes with 2 pound weights in each hand, and also allow me to go on extended 2 hour hikes at Great Falls National Park or during other 2-4 hour activities that I participate in from time to time.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
