Easy to take on and off, Only a few problems the neck protection is gr8 but you are unable to look directly down without being choked, it protects your chest very well but the under arms and sides are a little underprotected and it is almost like nothing is there. it is easy to move around. The pod holders are a bit tight if you dont strap it right they tend to fall out and the picture shows 5 pod holders when on mine there are only 3 may be because of the sizing
