The Spalding® 72354 portable basketball system is crafted with a 48-in Poly Carbonate backboard iwth a board pad and a solid steel Slam Jam® breakaway rim. A Pro Glide lift system provides height adjustments from 7.5-ft to 10-ft in 6-in increments. The 37.5-gallon base can be filled with water or sand for stability.

          My 9 year old daughter and I set this up in a little less than 4 hours. I am not particularly mechanically inclined, but the instructions are really good. One tip is to read the warnings on each instruction page - there were some tips that I missed. Seems well-built and a good deal for the dough.

          Good system, didn't come with any directions to put it together so had to do some research online to find them. Base was cracked so wouldn't hold water to stabilize it. Had to order another base which took about 1 week to get. Kids love it, easy to adjust and weather resistent.
