        Package in terrible condition on arrival, looks like some one else bought it and sent it back and did a horrible job of closing up the box. Large border piece for the backboard missing. Directions are very hard to follow and pictures so small it is hard to see exactly what goes where. Often difficult to get screws and bolts through holes where they are supposed to go and the directions tell you to use a drill to make holes larger if necessary, kind of crazy. It took me all afternoon to put it together and it takes at least 3 strong people to put it up, it is very heavy with the conversion kit added.
