If you are under 5'feet tall and weigh 400 lbs this is the chair for you. Everyone else should not buy it. Armrest are usless as the are so low and the seat is uncomfortable. Worst of all, instead of using the metal hooks to secure the seats, it use nylon straps which are a pain to secure.

These chairs are very uncomfortable. The padding in the seat and back are very thin. The seat back goes back too far and the seat bottom is too long, cutting you off behind the knees. Needs to be redesigned. It is more comfortable sitting on the hard bench. Very hard on your back because you have to lean back so far.

If you value a company that stands behind the product they make and the customers who purchase their products, then DON'T buy your stadium seats made by PICNIC PLUS. I purchased two "sturdy" stadium seats from Picnic Plus 10 months ago. They were used a total of two times before breaking. The company representative and company president provided the most insulting customer service I have ever received. The complete focus of their interaction with me was to instruct me on the proper use of a stadium chair "Don't lean back". Their company motto should really be "Don't come back".

I have a large family so I ordered the wide width. Average size 5'10" 225 pounds. This chair is for someone much larger. Like 3-4 hundred pounds. Tried to return and get the regular size, it will cost more in restocking fees and shipping charges then to keep this VERY WIDE/LARGE chair. Watching for one of these to be stocked at a local retailer. selling this one on [@])

Attempted to use the stadium seat at first game and the back broke from the seat. I now to to find out if I can return seat for refund/exchange at a local store or if I have to return via mail since it was an online purchase.

I bought 5 of these and 2 fell apart after about 5-8 uses, I returned 1 and it cost me almost half the price I paid, didnt bother with the other 1, I would definately not purchase these, and return policy is lousy.
