    Lightweight so I can drop this disc in my bag and use it anywhere. When co-workers see me using it, they want to try it. It not only works, it feels good. Stretches and extends muscles more easily and without much effort. Put it to music and time surely flies.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
