    This is the perfect mat for doing INSANITY workouts! I got the 8' x 6' x 2" and it's just the right size for all the exercises performed in the workouts. It has plenty of padding and doesn't move around on my carpeted floor. It's exactly what I needed to prevent my shoes from damaging my carpet and provide my feet with the cushion they need.
