Comments about Sun Dolphin Aruba 8' ss sit-in Kayak - Choose Color:

I bought this because it was so cheap, but ended up taking it back. We took it out on a calm lake and everyone, from adults to kids, that tried it felt that it had a "tippy" feeling. You really had to work on balancing your weight or it would rock from side to side. I know it's a boat, but no other kayak I've ever used had this sensation. The plastic on it is cheap and thin. It has a 5 year warranty but there is no way it would last that long. I sliced my finger on the plastic while carrying it. It's difficult to get the water out when you are done. I removed one of the rubber plugs, but it was impossible to get the thing back in. It would eventually fall out and get lost. This thing looks a lot like higher priced models, but trust me, there's a reason it's cheap.
