      Being prone to painful earaches from cold and wind, I have always looked for a hat that would prevent my ears from hurting. I received this hat as a gift and found that this hat does just that! It is very warm and comfortable. I also appreciate that the little ear flaps can be lifted and buttoned so I can hear better, while leaving the long ear flaps down for warmth. The snap closure on this hat is also easily adjustable and is easy on, easy off. I've worn this hat fishing and on walks. The sub-zero wind does not penetrate!! I am impressed.
