    The way you use this product is by using it to learn how to do a backhandspring using the barrel roll to support your weight. It also really helps to learn how your ody will react to doing an actual backhandspring. I personally used it when i was learning to tumble and now i am a coach and would recommend it for any cheerleaders who are scared to try alone or cant and would like to build strength and technique (if used properly, not just flopping on it).

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
