We use the kayak for day trips on Puget Sound. We'd like to use it for camping, but we aren't sure how to fit all our gear in the limited storage space. Overall, it's a great kayak. It's comfortable for kids, and when we take it out on our own we can move pretty fast in it.

I bought this inflatable kayak and took it out the first time today with my wife and daughter .. It took me about 15minutes to set it up..and get down to the water. This kayak is very stable. Very good with tracking. It went pretty fast too. I bought the Advanced Elements paddles to go with the kayak. When we get back to the launch location, it took about 15mins to repack and roll out. For those who like to kayak and doesn't have a truck or don't want those rack on top of their car..this convertible kayak is for you. I loved it...See you in the water!

Being an inflatable kayak, I was not expecting a great deal of comfort or performance. I was pleasantly surprised as to how comfortable and stable it is, and how well it goes through the water.

This kayak sets up in minutes, works well with one or two paddlers, has decent storage and is great for calm waters. It's built very well and can take some abuse. It takes a while to dry out, something you MUST do before storing. It is a bit heavy if you aren't very strong and need to tote it a ways. Advanced Elements offers a cart for hauling it over smooth ground. If you take a buddy with you it's a snap to move. I really like this thing and can take it along on my dual sport motorcycle without too much effort. What a great day that makes.
