Fell Apart in Two Weeks

    I used this for two weeklong car trips this spring and the bag has fallen apart. After the first trip it had developed several significant wear marks around the straps. By the end of the second trip (two weeks of total use) the bag had several holes, one large enough to stick your hand through.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Our "new" thule rooftop bag was missing a strap and obviously had been used and re-packaged for "new", the thule writing had bug splatter on it (obviously from the previous people who had used it and brought it back). It was the only one in stock so we had to take the dented box and since we needed it for this weekend we bought it, but after taking it out of the package, we are extremely dissatisfied with our purchase and now we cant even use it! I can't believe that sports authority didn't check things before re-stocking, UNBELIEVABLE that this is not common sense!!! Needless to say we're taking it back (hopefully to exchange for a NEW one and hopefully will be compensated for our trouble)

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
