Put together wrong by the manufacturer so the arm broker off on the first use. Had to disassemble to return (no store retuns)and still waiting for "permission" to return.

For me, this wasn't the right piece. I thought a rowing machine with handle bars would the best but I didn't like it so much. Considering buying the kind with the pull bar.

I fell in love with the rowing machine at the gym many years ago because of the total body workout I can get, and have always wanted one. I finally broke down and purchased this one and love it! It's easy to store in a corner or closet when not in use and it was easy to set up. The ony drawback is that it's a little noisy (the rowing arms seem to squeek when doing rowing motions), but this can be fixed with a little WD-40. Otherwise, it's an excellent machine!

I love the fact that it gives you an overall workout for the whole body at the same time. Especially targeting the legs and stomach, which are the biggest problem areas of losing weight.

I use the product three times a week and with proper eating habits you'll see the weight just fall off while strength training and endurance build bit by bit.

The device is desigend for max 250 pounds.
For a 6' guy with 220 pounds that means we're already maxed out. The plastic rollers run in thin aluminum rails which both are going to wear out fast.
Apart from cheap packaging the product arrived with several dents. Rusty spots have been covered with a drop of paint. Bent corners, scratched surfaces, broken handle. Cut myself while unpacking. Return item, sorry.

I AM 5'2 AND THE GLIDER WAS WAY TO LONG FOR MY FRAME. THE ARMS WERE WAY TO BIG AND THE SEAT WAS HUGE.

Overall a good product. The pedals could be a little better it is hard to get your feet to stay on them.

I was looking for a product that would provide a good workout for arm, stomach and leg strength and decided that this would work for all 3. I would highly recommend this rower, it is well made and is serving me well. It's easy to store under a bed or in a closet as well as easy to set up and use. If you're looking for a good workout at an affordable price, this is the one!
