      Owned one for 18 years. Great for practice when a playing partner is not available.
      I hadn't used it for several years and the batteries died, but after replacing the batteries and a little cleaning it works great. It is a little heavy and the attached wheels are too small to roll it from the car to the tennis court. I use a portable luggage cart to carry it and a filled ball hopper to the courts. Battery operation is needed for public courts (AC outlets are pretty rare).

          product is kind of heavy and it tilts if rolled in grass or going to fast but I like it because it is a great way to improve and become an all court player. I enjoy using the tennis tutor and my volley game has improved a lot.

            Product works as described. Great practice partner. More consistent than a hitting partner. Some of the external parts are a little fragile. I have used for 2 years without any mechanical problems. Will hit soft or hard with varying degrees of topspin.
            I am very happy with the product. The battery life is also very good and the machine is not noisy like the Lobster.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
