    I have been doing Pilates for a few years now, so I am familiar with the positions and moves. This reformer is a great and solid piece of equipment for the money. The ride is slightly bumpy and the track is a little bit short, but it works for those days that I cannot make it to the gym. I am thinking about getting the added resistance bands since the tension is not quite high enough, but as previously stated, it works for me. One tip: when you glide on your reformer, the metal hooks make a loud clanking noise. I cut up an old child's glove and put the "fingers" of the glove onto the metal. They are now very quiet.

      I've done Pilates for 5 years and the reformer above has been used a lot. I've been impressed with the performance and durability of this unit and find it in near perfect condition even now. I highly recommend it for the money - you can't beat the performance. I did a lot of shopping before and after I purchased this one. I bought a simpler model before this one and quickly outgrew it. Enjoy!
