When your whole day is a workout, you'll have constant feedback from the New Balance® LifeTrainer fitness monitor. The Heart Rate Touch feature provides on-demand HR readings at the press of a button.

Heart Rate Touch: On-demand reading of ECG accurate heart rate; no chest strap needed
Comments about New Balance LifeTrainer Heart Rate Monitor:
It's not an advance product but a decent watch plus HR monitor for a casual workout. Big con: to get HR reading you need to press button for at least 30sec which in case of a run is a loooong time. Sometimes is getting crazy with HR jumping up and down for no reason (happened few times during 8months of usage), but then second checkup works fine. Good product if you run etc once or twice a week. If you are more advanced and want more features don't expect watch to cost less than a 100 bucks and go for Garmin
