    Durability concern possibly due to easier break-in of leather. While Akadema customer service is great,they have had to already had to replace one last year after only 10 games (no practices) due to the flat, fingers side of the mitt folding over on throws. At 1B, that isn't good for scoops, digs, etc. The replacement has 8 games on it and is doing the exact same thing. My HS 1B glove which is 26 years old still is holding up better than this newer glove.

      This glove took a minimum amount of effort to break in. It could use a tad more padding on the index finger, but overall a really nice glove.
