This is the 2nd Palmgard I've used in 12 years. Great product for protecting my hand from getting bruised.

I wear this glove usually under my catcher's mitt. My team has a fireballer and I always get stuck catching for her, so I though it would be a good idea to get this. It fits easily under my catching or fielding glove. The padding is nice and thick, and completely reduces sting!

Also, the ball doesn't pop out because of the padding.

I would recommend this glove to ANY softball player!!

(NOTE: if you are going to buy a palmguard, go to their website and fin the sizing chart. Use that to size it. I thought I was an adult small, but I used their chart and it said medium. I got medium, and it is totally the right size!!)

I was having issues in my 12in league with my hand being in pain after games. So I decided to get some extra protection, and now it's like my hand isn't even there. Which helps me to be able to grip celebratory drinks afterwards!
