The LP patella brace is designed to provide symptomatic relief of pain and inflammation associated with Patellofemoral syndrome, patellar, tendinitis, "jumper's knee", and Osgood Schlatter.
It works the way it's supposed to, but I was looking for something a little more comfortable. It velcros once and then has a second velcro strap for added tightness. I can see why this would be the tightest fit. But the neoprene in the middle is just a square block of Neoprene. It's not the Round Tube Cylinder like most other knee straps have. I got a Pro-Tec instead and I love it mich better.
The most effective patella strap I've come across so far. I've tried several brands, and this is the one that worked the best for me. Provides excellent support. Highly adjustable because of wrap around strap. The first one I owned was a actually a gift from a fried. After the velcro on that wore out after 3-4 years of heavy use, I looked far and wide, and SA was one of the few places that had them.
