I really like this product. I rather use it with a bungee cord around the legs, in case comes a gusting wind. I use it to improve my serve, and also to train my wife and my nephew. I am thinking in buying a bigger balls capacity next time, lets see.

I should have taken heed of the other reviews, because they were right on. This cheap piece of junk fell apart the FIRST time I used it! I thought, "Well, I'm just a casual player, this should suffice", but NO WAY! The handles fall right off EVERY TIME you press down to pick up the balls. If you set it down, the handles don't stay upright, they go crashing down. I guess quality just costs more. Don't think you're getting a good deal because of the price- it's just not worth it.
Comments about Gamma Hi-Rise 75 Tennis Ball Hopper:
This is my second Gamma tennis ball basket and they both had the same problem: the handles fall appart. I bought both of them after seeing them in the store based on how sturdy they looked. But the handles fell appart after about a dozen uses and it became difficult to use them effectively. I consider myself to be a gentle user and I do not use them in an abusive manner.

I use this product in teaching tennis and drills. It is very flimsy and unsteady. It always feels like it's about to tip over. I wish I could find the High Rise Gold ball hopper they used to sell...it was much more sturdy.

based upon reviews I thought this product would work for me. But, handles fall off easily, woobly, poorly made. This was the best one available in the store.

I use the product as an elevated tray from which I pick out baseballs to pitch during LL batting practice. It serves the purpose (no pun intended), and has eliminated bending to pick baseballs out of a bucket.
