Tachikara's® Super Soft tetherball is manufactured with a special rubber composition cover designed to provide a unique "soft touch" resulting in a no-sting game. The nylon rope with metal clip is attached to a durable recessed metal post (metal post NOT included).

      Did not know that tetherball was so much fun. This is the only 'sport' my 10 yr old son is interested in + I am glad we installed this. I do not have experience w/other balls- but, I can tell you that it does not sting, only gives you sore arm muscles that haven't worked out in a long time!
