These are the best pop-up goals I've used. I coach 6 and 8 year old teams and prefer my bigger (4' x 8') metal-poled 'full-sized' goals for practice because they encourage players shoot high and wide where it's more likely they'll get shots past the goalie, but these are great for the backyard or for quick trips to the park. I've taken my kids to the park twice with these, and within 5 minutes of setting them up, we've had up to 9 other kids wandering over to join us for games. Definitely kid-magnets; lots of fun. Fast and easy to pop up or fold down, taking a few seconds, if that. I like how the spikes are bungeed right to the frame, so they are always attached. They are plastic, though, so we'll see if they hold up, but they seem solid enough to last. There are cheaper ones out there, but the nylon and netting are much weaker and I've seen the seams wear/split quickly due to the tension of the spring-poles. These are definitely worth the little bit extra as I expect they will last years.

I coach 3 daughters from U5 to U12 and from using these in practice to having fun on the beach on vacation or playing in the backyard - they are a great value (well engineered, quality constuction, reasonable cost, superior alternative). This product has fostered enthusiasm in my youngest daughter. She's 5 years old and SHE can set up the goals - it's that easy!

I just bought these goals and I Love them. I have been playing soccer for Eight years and have never owned such great portable goals. I play in the backyard of my house, then my brother and i fold them up in 3 minutes, load them into the car, drive to the park set them up in 3 minutes and have a game with some friends. when we are done, we load them up again and head home. When folded they are super compact and easily fit in a closet or behind a door. I think i will be using these goals for years to come.
