With the POLAR® H7 heart rate sensor and your compatible device, you can make the most of every training session. The H7 uses Bluetooth® Smart technology to send ECG-accurate heart rate data to the Polar Beat app on your iPhone®, iPad®, or iPod® from up to 10 meters away. It also connects via GymLink to most POLAR® heart rate monitors and with compatible gym equipment. A soft, comfortable chest strap is included.

- did not work with polar app on iphone 4s
- spent great deal of time trying to get it to work until decided to switch to endomondo or micoach apps
- since then it has been working as a charm.
