Had problems the first 10 minutes of use, started cluncking. Called customer service to get it repaired. Customer service is hard to get hold of. You will spend hours and days trying to get someone. Anyway got the repair guy out and he had to order parts. Took 3 weeks to just get the notification that parts were ordered. Now I cannot get them to call me back to schedule the repair. Took me a week to get hold of a rep again and she said she put a request in for the repair guy to call me. That was over a week ago and I still cannot get hold of customer service to try again. So 4 months later still cannot use it and still waiting.

I bought this elliptical with reasonable expectations, yet upon pulling the machine from the box, there already was an obvious defect. The right roller arm did not line up on the track and would not without making great efforts to make it do so. After a week of frustration and disappointment, I am returning the machine. Story continued: I called customer care several times and tried to find a solution. With some heavy negotiation, I had worked a deal to have the replacement part, a "crank arm," sent to me as soon as possible. This was promised to be shipped "Blue Label" which is 2-3 days shipping including processing. After 4 days, it showed up to my door via UPS (with a pink label, if that matters). I called the technician (who was very accommodating) and scheduled an appointment, eight days after my purchase. After he took the the disc, disc ring, and the crank arm off, he noticed that the replacement crank arm that was shipped to me was the wrong part. The diameter of the hole that meets on the shaft was too small. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and with the lack of professionalism during this entire process.

Had for a week. Pretty easy to put together. Quiet, and a great workout. The display can be somewhat difficult to read but for the price, you can't beat it.
