I work out every day of the week for at least an hour or so. I blew out my last pair of Nike running shoes on the outside because they were not training shoes. My feet roll outward and it is a constant struggle for me to find shoes that feel comfortable and are flexible enough for my feet. I do a lot of side to side movement in my kickboxing training and at home. These shoes feel comfortable and are quite lightweight. The mesh on the outside will not fray like my last pair and looks great! I recommend these shoes for anyone who likes to cross train and has feet that tend to roll outward. I also recommend getting some inserts for those who like to run!

Unfortunately, this shoe is too narrow for my foot. When it comes to sneakers, I am used to being able to wear regular width shoes, however, I occasionally need to wear wider widths in dress shoes. These shoes were great for traction, as I was planning on using them in my home during cardio kickboxing which is what I was looking for but when I bent my foot, it pinched at the bend where my toe meets my foot. This has never happened to me before in a sneaker and I was actually surprised because it happened on the foot that usually fits loose.

I found these shoes great for squatting, deadlifts and other crossfit moves, but not good for running or jump roping.

    Get shoes for Bootcamp training!

    By Edawg

Comments about NIKE Women's Flex Trainer 3 Cross-Training Shoes:

I started working out at a gym doing more boot camp style-heavy lifting instead of cardio. I had many running shoes, with extra cushioning on the bottom. However, I needed some lightweight, flat shoes for lifting heavy weights that were stable and close to the ground. These are great. They come in many different colors. I have two pairs and switch out. The only negative is they are less sturdy than running shoes. The uppers get stretched out a bit more quicker than sturdier Nike running shoes.

I use these in the gym on the cardio machines and lifting. I like them very much and don't have any problems with them. They fit well and are light. Great buy for the price.

I wore this shoe only about 6 times, and one of the triangle grips on bottom of shoe began to lift up, when I got home to glue it, it was already gone... shoe looks & feels great, but not happy with the durabilitly of the sole.

I have to return the shoe because while one foot is fine, the other is too tight, and I generally don't have this problem. Let me warn you that if you order online, you CANNOT return it to the store, and you have to pay return shipping.

Comments about NIKE Women's Flex Trainer 3 Cross-Training Shoes:

I love the look of these shoes. I just wish the quality/workmanship was better. I had two pairs and returned both because the left shoe had an arch problem(foam on insole glued in too far to the left) on one pair and on the toe of the other pair it pinched and rubbed. I love Nike and these were a good color combo for me. Very disappointed!! :(
