Great Product, that folds flat for easy storage.
It's is a bit on the small size (width, Height).
However it's strong and sturdy.

I use this with many of my routines, doesn't lay totally flat.. but I don't really need that. Great bench for the price, folds up nicely.

The bench works great in the incline position and has lasted a good while. My biggest problem with this bench is look at the seat.. It is permanently tilted upward. So when you have this bench in the "flat" position, the seat is still pointed upward making laying flat incredible uncomfortable and unsecure. As someone else stated the decline looks like it would be ok, but since there is a small bar by your feet with nothing to go in back of your leg/knee, there is nothing to keep you from sliding right off. Good bench for incline and stright up position, but I'd look elsewhere for more functionality.

I was looking for something on the smaller side to compliment a power cage and that could easily be re-positioned around a small gym area. The bench was fully assembled upon delivery, however, it was not put together correctly and rocked from side to side. This was even more noticeable once I lifted the bar/ dumbbell. The flat and incline bench press positions were acceptable. It was very difficult to adjust the bench into the military press position, but assume this would work accurately over a short wear/ break-in period. The decline position was by far the worst feature. There is no where to hook your feet to stabilize yourself, and as soon as I lifted the weights, I began to slide off the bench. I ended up with my shorts nearly off and my head resting on the floor. I returned the bench and plan to purchase something in the next price range that is bit more versatile. I would only recommend this bench for light lifting in the flat, incline and military positions.
