      Comments about FreeMotion 220 BE Olympic Width Bench:

      This bench will not allow you to incline and lift. The bench adjusts up and down but not back. At an incline your shoulders are at risk because you need to pull the weight off the rack from up and behind your line of sight. Buy a rack that is separated from the bench
