The dvd that was advertised as part of the package at sports authority is nowhere to be found. When i called sports authority to ask where it was, I got a dead air. They had no idea what i was talking about, even though it's written on the sign hanging on the darn bike itself. I kind of got the run around, but then again I should have known better. It was a joke trying to even get this bike in my possession after I had paid for it. But that is just dealing with incompetent employees, not the bike's fault. So far, the bike itself is pretty nice. Nothing to really squeaky or noisy on it, other than a few ticks and grunts when you get going on it, which can probably be adjusted. The seat is pure pain, like sitting on a cement banana. But you get used to it, as with all spin bikes at first. I use this daily and i really like it. Comes with a chest strap heart monitor, which displays on the digital screen. That screen takes batteries and drains them like it's going out of style. Big down side. I replaced them a week ago and the low battery is already flashing again.

The DVD mentioned on the in store signing and on the website does not exist. After a back and forth with Icon Fitness, in an attempt to obtain the advertised DVD, I was informed that "this machine does not come with any kind of DVD, standard or optional". How in the world are you going to sell a piece of fitness equipment to the individual consumer without a workout dvd? Anyone who has taken a spin class knows how important it is to have instruction while doing the exercise. This lack of insight into the customers needs is very disappointing. Based on that, I would not recommend any FreeMotion or Icon Fitness equipment to any individual.
