Comments about FreeMotion 250 Upright Bike:

I just purchased this bike (TODAY-in a box)and when we got to the lever to adjust the seat, the knob is too big for the holes to adjust it. I decided to keep on with the assemble and when done, so I thought! Now not only is the missing part but that is makes a clunking noise that screeches my teeth. It seems like something on the flywheel is loose. I purchased the warranty from Sports Authority so lets see who fixes it.

Comments about FreeMotion 250 Upright Bike:

This is a nice product. It's runs very quite. To assemble it took 2 people, the directions were very clear. The only thing that I would complain about is the seat, it feels like your sitting on a brick, also they should have the adapter to be plugged in from the back of the bike instead of the front with a longer cord.

IT WAS MISSING THE POWER RECEPTICLE WHEN I RECEIVED IT. THE TECHNICIAN THEN CAME OUT AND MADE THE BIKE WORSE. SOUNDS LIKE A BLENDER AFTER A WEEK. IT IS AWFUL. FREEMOTION CUSTOMER SERVICE PUTS YOU ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES. BUY ANOTHER BIKE.

Comments about FreeMotion 250 Upright Bike:

The baseline resistance is not adjustable, and on my unit it was set abnormally high. I am a longtime cyclist so if I found the resistance ridiculously high, then what about the more novice folks? Plus, when hooked up to a route in ifit/google maps, it kept putting on more resistance even though that part of the course was flat - so it is quite useless. I plan to return as soon as I can get that huge heavy thing disassembled to be able to do so

Easily put together and use. Seat is very uncomfortable after fifteen minutes. Heart rate monitor is wrong most of the time. AC adapter does not connect each time because it fits loosely.

While I like the fact the equipment is compact, I have been unable to effectively use the equipment. I have opened a request for repair at this point as it is not working correctly. Parts have been ordered, but right now a 2 weeks since delivery, I have been unable to use the equipment.
