I have owned the machine for 5 months and have now needed 4 separate repairs. It takes a tremendous amount of phone time to get a cust. service rep to send parts, then takes a few weeks to get parts, then takes a couple of weeks to get their service repair man out, each time took multiple phone calls that they say they are following up on and don't. My last time I called them out on this and their answer was they farm it out to a different company so it's not their fault. Well, yes it it their fault. I was told at Sports Authority that service was THREE days not 4-6 weeks or longer this time. The company is super polite on the phone which is nice but they don't come through at all. My last phone call with them was almost THREE HOURS while they tried to determine the newest problem. (Ridiculous). Don't buy this product unless you want to hang clothes on it. Unfortunately the machine has worked properly for a few weeks out of the 5 months I have owned it, and even then there were squeaks. The shame is the product would be good if it ever worked properly.
Was this a gift?:
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
