        Comments about FreeMotion 545 Elliptical:

I was worried that this machine would not live up to gym quality but I love it! I do not do my carido at the gym because of time issues so I use this at home.I got the floor model at the store because it was the last one at the store close to me and got I another 10% off.It was put together when delivered to my home.Mine is quiet and sturdy!..I am really enjoying it! and "no" I do not work there! I have 30 days to decide if I want to purchase the extended warranty may do that...but over all...I am happy I purchased it!

        Comments about FreeMotion 545 Elliptical:

I've always had a difficult time forcing myself to workout. Find it boring and repetitive, so I've never been able to do it for long. As I've aged I have encountered health issues which have caused me to be a lot less active, and have had to be on medications which have played havoc on my desire to get moving as well as leaving me winded far more easily than I should be. I'm not overweight, but the lack of regular activity has caused me to gain some weight and lose tone to my limbs. My fiancé and I decided we'd like to be in better shape and felt if we exercise together, we would probably be more encouraged to stick with it. We shopped for about a year before we decided on this piece of equipment. It is, I believe, exactly what we needed. I've not even begun to tap into the versatility of this machine... But am very excited at the prospects the iFit options are adding to the workout options. I've already started to feel the difference in my stamina which is a huge reason for wanting one of these machines. My fiancé walks miles and miles daily at work, but has already noticed a difference in his legs (and my rear lol).

Together we were able to assemble this in about two hours. We took it very slow so as not to screw it up (it's best to follow the instructions exactly as they are written and in the order they are written) the only thing that slowed us down was when he decided to skip ahead without reading what was next and we would have to undo what he did. ;-D

The only thing we've noticed is that there is some squeaking .... Although today a piece came off that we hadn't tightened appropriately (oooops) and when I put it back on the sound was gone. Not sure if that was the problem or not but I retightened all the screws LOL

I also agree about the placement of the cup holder. Aesthetically it is pleasing ... But it is somewhat awkward to get to when actually in the middle of the workout.

So far we have enjoyed every aspect of this elliptical. From the purchase, to assembly and finally to actual usage. We purchased the three year maintenance program so that we will be able to keep it in tip top condition and then plan to upgrade to a newer model while there is still coverage to transfer to a new owner.

          Comments about FreeMotion 545 Elliptical:

I have only had the 545 a week but its been pretty great so far. The machine is fairly stable even though its on our second floor. At first it was a little wobbly so I slid some plywood under and that has helped a lot. Set up was pretty easy, got it put together by myself in just under an hour. There are lots of options for workouts too that I haven't even begun to get to all of them.

As for the cons, the position of the water bottle holder is pretty poor. It's awkward enough that my wife and I don't even use it anymore. This is annoying but not a huge issue. Noise is generally decent but sometimes it creaks mid workout which gets progressively louder as the workout continues. I have taken the side bars off and regressed them twice but no real luck at fixing the issu

Overall I'm happy with the purchase
