The treadmill is very heavy, I almost wish we had someone deliver it, but thanks to family and friends, we were able to set it up. It did take about 5 guys who are medium build to carry the treadmil in the box from our car into our home. Set up was pretty standard to many other things, just follow directions.
The only major problem we are having right now is that if we are on the treadmil, I can't watch my regular T.V., the cable keeps going out, not sure what the problem is yet. The internet witht the wi-fi on the actual tradmil is also a little confussing to use, you cant start your program, until you have started your workout and then it stops if you try to make changes, very confussing. Also, having problems with the USB port to plug in the IPOD, I had to buy an additional plug to use that portion of the machine. The workout part is great, just wish I would have not spend the extra money on the wi-fi stuff. NOT NEEDED, YOU CAN DO THE SAME STUFF WITH YOUR IPAD, IPHONE, IPOD. Which we have all of the above.

This unit's weakness is it's control panel. Either the hardware is poor quality or the software is buggy or both. We got about 1 week's use before the control panel would turn on and off at will or just freeze up. They mailed us a new control unit (took 3 weeks) and it worked for about 2 weeks and then we had a Tech finally came out. He really didn't know much about the electronics and now after another week, the control panel turns on but not the motor. Have to wait another week for tech to come out again - he gets more exercise than we do at this point - piece of junk.

We got a very good deal for this treadmill- it was on sale already and we were also able to use a 20% off coupon from the newspaper. We paid extra to have the treadmill set up upon deilvery, and i'm glad we did because it seemed to be a lot of work and the base to the treadill is long and heavy and we put it in the basement. It will take 2 people to put it together, which it does state on the box. The treadmill is very nice and sturdy and QUIET and adjusts to speeds/inclines flawlessly.

I was disappointed that both the newspaper and website both advertise the treadmill as coming with the TV mounted on the treadmill when in fact it does not. It wasn't until I got to the store and spoke with the sales person that I found out that the tv was not included, despite the fact that EVERY picture on the website of this treadmill includes that tv and there is no mention of an 'optional tv'. I opted to still get the treadmill as I was still getting a great deal and I felt the treadmill itself was worth it, without the TV. However, I did feel like I was mislead about the TV, so that's why I only gave it 4 stars.

I also wish that this treadmill came with a free trial period (1 week maybe?) of Ifit so that I could try the service without having to immediately pay for it.

Now down to the actual treadmill. I absolutely love love love this treadmill. It is very sturdy with a great cushion on the running service. The treadmill changes speed and incline flawlessly. I was also impressed with how quiet the treadmill is (just make sure you turn down the volume on the actual treadmill, or it will beep LOUDLY when you change speed or incline). This treadmill is very versatile. I love using it to walk uphill and to run. I also enjoy all the statistics you can see while doing your workout, such as how many feet you've climbed or your heart rate (comes with heart rate monitor strap). You can also plug in your cell phone, mp3 player or whatnot and play your own music through the speakers of the treadmill. The browswer on the treadmill is so-so and sometimes tedious- but I guess it could be usefull for reading the news while walking. Lots of good storage for water bottles and tv remotes or whatever else you would need to have with you on the treadmill.

Overall I think this is a great treadmill, especially if you find it on sale. I would buy it again or recommend to any friend looking to buy a good treadmill.

Product assembles easily with two people. Pay attention when connecting the two connectors as it is easy to bend one of the connecting pins. I have had this treadmill up to 8 mph and it is sturdy. iFit workouts are awesome! Yesterday, I ran a 12.5% incline in South Africa. I gave it a 4 only because it does not come with the TV as shown and I felt this was misleading.
