      I'd been looking for a way to work out at home that wouldn't also irritate my neighbors. I wasn't sure about this bike since there weren't any reviews. It arrived yesterday, and my husband quickly put it together. I am 5'2" with average length legs for my height and got a nice 30 minute, 180 calorie burning ride out of it last night. I took the seat all the way down and it was perfect. (All the way down, meaning, I took the seat adjusting nob out so the seat could go all the way down to the base, just slightly lower than the shortest hole setting.) My husband is 6'3" with slightly short legs, and rode comfortably for an hour this morning at the tallest setting. The magnetic "wheel" is practically silent- no bothering the neighbors at all.
