        I was charged $60 for delivery and once we began to put the unit together, we saw that the base was broken along with one of the plastic "feet". We called the company which said they would replace, however the parts we needed were on back order... about 1 month before they would get to us. We were told these were cosmetic, so we would still be able to use it. We finished putting it together, went to plug it in and the plug inside the unit was also broken. The bike was replaced by our local store, however, I felt I should have recieved my shipping fees back and they didn't do that.

          my only problem with this machine is that you can't enter your weight to get a really acurate calorie count.

          I use the bike for moderate exercise. Out of the box immediately found two broken pieces. The body and covers are plastic. OK item for limited use.
