      My husband and I are both post ankle surgery and wanted something to aid in rehab. This absolutely fit the bill. Strength training and range of motion are extremely important and we believe this particular machine will help us reach and perhaps exceed our goals.

      This treadmill is good for the price. We had an older Proform but this one is much quieter. Don't waste your money and time buying the iFit Module, it's worthless for this machine and you will spend more time trying to figure it out than working out.
