    Sports Authority has been wonderful but they still can't help me much. After 5 DAYS of use, my treadmill console stopped booting all the way. The manufacturer tells me it "might be 1-6 weeks" before the part SHIPS but they can't tell me for sure.???!!

    HORRIBLE manufacturer which could care less about customers.

    Comments about ProForm Pro-Form Performance 600C Treadmill:

    I really love this treadmill. This is my second Pro-Form treadmill and this one is a great value. I purchased it with an online 15% off coupon so it was even better. The treadmill is quiet, the belt runs smoothly, the incline movement is smooth and the shock absorbers are a great feature. The console is easy to use (fan is a nice touch). I was told the unit comes with an audio jack cable (it didn't) so if you plan to use the speakers be prepared to buy one. It's incredibly sturdy and well built.

    It takes over 2 hours to set up. The biggest issue was all the pre-drilled holes were too small. I called customer service and was on hold for over 2 hours. I hung up and went to the hardware store to purchase new screws. When I finally got customer service on the phone I was told "Some of our machines are coated in some light powder. Just clean it off and the screws will go in." I'm a pretty strong guy - there was no way powder was causing this. I would recommend this treadmill to anyone as long as you don't plan on contacting customer service. I'm glad I didn't purchase the extended service contract.

    Far exceeded my expectation

    Comments about ProForm Pro-Form Performance 600C Treadmill:

    Even though this is a home model, it is on par with any equipment I've used in Gyms and Hotel excercise rooms. The shock absorbers really provide a smooth low impact effect. All the extra features are great too.
