Although the suit isn't made of sturdy enough material for actually working out, it does well for working around the house. I wear it when I'm cleaning house. Usually about 30-45 minutes and when I take it off, I find I've been sweating quite a bit.
I've even worn it while I was just watching tv and got the same results.

i bought the this item 3X's with in 2months. it fit's great. I use it for joggin/running and you sweat alot. It is the perfect suit. Problem is material is bad, like all the other comments is that it only last's a week or so. It always tears around the crotch area. It is not you its the suit, it gets you because the price is good but not long lasting.

I was na run, followed by some light weight training, less than 5 minutes into my run, the crotch, and left arm had rips over 12 inches.

I use the product to cut weight simply to get to a lower body fat percentage and also to look good:) i wrestled throughout high school so i know about how to cut weight healthy/unhealthy. This suit was great at keeping my muscles extremely warm and producing a lot of sweat in about half an hour. You need to know how to use one though, because when your body loses that much liquid due to sweating it could cause you to pass out unknowingly. You definitely need to know your limits but this is a great suit. Also, you shouldnt be grossed out by being in your own sweat because this thing will get you as wet as if you came out of a pool:)

i've lost 46 pound from oct.09 to feb 10 using this product.the fit was a great.Need to being done in a better texture to pervent it from tears.

I got it because my personal trainer suggested me to use one, and I am using it on weekly basis for 1 hour, taking measures before and after. In just the first sesion I lost over 5 inches total...The only thing is that the product is kind of big, so you may want to use it in private.
