I bought two of these nets for my boys, ages 9 and 11, for use on the ice rink we set up in the backyard. These nets are primarily for street hockey and warm weather, in that in cold temperatures the tubes shatter easily when hit with a hockey puck. I will try to re-inforce with PVC but had I known beforehand would probably have gotten a steel net instead. With that said, if used for warm weather street hockey, these nets are ideal.

I used it the first time, took a slapper at it, and cracked the top post!!! The thing fell apart within a week! Stay away from this one!!!

Purchased this on sale [...] and it's perfect for younger kids. Easy to assemble, balances fairly well for the light weight. My 4 year old son absolutely loves it. Would not recommend for Kids 13+ that are going to be taking slap shots at it with a real street hockey puck because the piping would shatter. However, for younger kids playing with street ball it's perfect for the price.

On my first shot I took on this it hit the middle post and cracked the pipe. I continually used it and over a 5 day period the middle tube snapped. This is a terrible net. I take a slap shot from a distance and the net moves when it hits the back of the net and I dont even shoot too hard. Not worth the mone, but if you do buy it get the warranty, thats what i did and i got all my money back.

This is a must have net for any kid playing hockey. It is very light and easy to move around. We had the net for a couple weeks and already have many hours of use.
