Comments about EASTON S1 Power Brigade Youth Baseball Bat (-12):

Son got this last year age 11. S1 composite bat.
Most kids wanted to use it. He was on all-stars team. Now just turned age 12 and hit one over the fence already. We noticed more distance. He was reluctant to give up his old bat. We are really proud parents.

      This product showed amazing results

      By DaddyBall125

Comments about EASTON S1 Power Brigade Youth Baseball Bat (-12):

My son is 11 years old and since i got the bat for my son he's hit a walk off homer and 2 grand slams. SInce i got him the bat his numbers went up dramatically. He went from batting .235 to batting .667 and in RBIs he went up 95. He went from 25 to 120 RBIs. His numbers especially improved in HR. He had 5 in the beginning of the season to 25 at the end. That's pretty good for only 50 games. This might seem unreal but he hit a walk off in the championship game.

Great Bat My 10 y/o loves it

      By Abarg

      from Undisclosed

Comments about EASTON S1 Power Brigade Youth Baseball Bat (-12):

To the reviewer from June 28 BBCOR is required for high school for -3 bats with barrel diameters greater than 2 1/4 and not little league baseball. As long as bat has BPF 1.15 stamped on bat it is legal for Pony, Little League, Dixie, USSSA and other leagues. The umpire obviously got his bats confused. My son loves this bat has a great feel and the ball jumps off the bat. I Recommend this bat!!

      Great Bat

      By DFox

Comments about EASTON S1 Power Brigade Youth Baseball Bat (-12):

My 9yo got this bat this past season and loved it. Got hits right away and noticed greater power with improved bat speed. He's a big 9yo but still preferred the S1 over the senior league size. Not sure about the reviewer who said its illegal, because the Little League list of approved bats clearly has this bat listed (as of 6-19-2012). BBCOR requirement is for high school and college. In fact, in our little league this bat is seen in the line up "constantly". I think the umpire got it wrong.

      Didnt last but none have

      By bcplays

Comments about EASTON S1 Power Brigade Youth Baseball Bat (-12):

My 11 year old bought this bat this season and loved it but he broke it within 2 months. With that said last year he broke his surge XL after about 4 months and the year before he broke his Vexxum as well. He is a big kid but not abnormally strong the only thing I can attribute it too is that he loves to hit so much that he hits probably a 100 baseballs a night all the through the Little league season and then through the rest of his summer and fall ball leagues. Aside from durability he loved it and hit really well with it. It has great pop and is very forgiving. Easton is sending us a promo code so that we can order a new one so that was helpful.

      ILLEGAL IN LITTLE LEAGUE

      By Bballfan

      from Riverside, CA

Comments about EASTON S1 Power Brigade Youth Baseball Bat (-12):

We purchased this bat only to have the umpires confiscate it prior to a Little League All Star Game. We were told it was illegal because it didn't have the 'BBCOR' stamp on it. After more research, I found that it is also illegal in Pony, High School, and NCAA play. So....I spent a lot of money for a bat that can't be used. Not happy!!!

My 10 year old has hit 5 over the fence home runs this year. He like the weight to length ratio on the S1 31/19. This was the second year using this bat.
